2014 Scarecrow Registration

Grab some straw, some old clothes, and join the 2nd Annual SABA Scarecrow Contest October 25 through October 31, 2014.

All neighbors living in South Ardmore can enter our Scarecrow Contest
(Haverford Rd., E. Haverford Rd., County Line Rd., Ardmore Ave., and
neighbors between Haverford Rd. and Elwell Field).

Please register your scarecrow by contacting me, Emi Lievano
(emiliacl(at)mindspring.com or contact(at)sabanews.org) with your name and
address no later than Thursday, October 30th.

Please monitor the health and well being of your scarecrow (i.e., protect it
on windy or rainy days).

Winners will be announced sometime during the first week of Nov.

Feel free to post pictures on our website and Facebook page/group.

Suggestions for scarecrow making supplies:

Build your own scarecrow made out of things that you have around the house
(shirt, pants, broom, plastic milk container, stockings, plastic bag filled
with newspaper or leaves, pantyhose, gloves...).
