CALLING ALL KIDS

Come see how an election works! In partnership with Ward 6-1 Judge of Elections, Michael Chermside, SABA, and Girl Scout Troops 57124 and 5641, all youth under 18 are invited to vote for a community event to be held Sunday November 9.  Our Ballot Box will be open from 8:30-6:30 on election day, November 4 in Normandy Park. 

Voters choose either PJ Stuffy Party or Open Mic Sing-a-long Night! Election results will be posted after the polls close on election day.

It's our favorite event of the year!
Come celebrate the 4th of July with SABA.

The day begins with a parade of bikes, strollers and wagons decked out in red, white and blue, leaving from Chestnutwold Elementary at 10am. We will wind our way through the neighborhood and end up at Elwell Field for the "best-decorated" contest, field events, the Big Splash, and lots of good food for purchase, including Owl's Water Ice!

Bring your own water bottle, and we'll provide free refills.  Stay to the end (roughly 1PM) and the Oakmont Fire Department will return to hose down the crowd. 
We need volunteers on the day of the event! Feel free to sign up for multiple roles, selling hot dogs, helping with the field games, or working the tattoo table.  You can also contribute items to our SABA Bake Sale Table, lend us pop-up tents, or donate other supplies.
There is no rain date for this event. If the weather is questionable, please check our website (www.sabanews.org) or our Facebook page (S.A.B.A. South Ardmore Betterment Alliance) to verify whether we will proceed.
