Ardmore Avenue Closing

Saw this and thought people would be interested.

Aqua Pennsylvania will close Ardmore Avenue between Lancaster Avenue (Route 30) and Oakford Road in Lower Merion, Montgomery County, for water main installation by Aqua Pennsylvania starting Sept. 17.
Ardmore Avenue will be closed 9 a.m.-3 p.m. weekdays through Dec. 31. It is a major connection to Haverford Township.
During construction, Ardmore Avenue through traffic will be detoured over Lancaster Avenue, West Wynnewood Road, Haverford Road and Oakford Road. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.

Phillies Tickets Wed, July 9th

Hello Neighbors
I have 2 tickets to Wednesday's July 9th Phillies game vs. St. Louis Cardinals that we would like to sell. The game is at 7:05pm with the fireworks show. The tickets are $27 each and are located in section 237, row 4, seat 7 & 8. I can be e-mailed at kependergast@comcast.net with any questions or to make arrangements to pick up the tickets tomorrow. We also have tickets available for Sunday's 1:35pm game if interested.

It is with deep sadness that SABA announces the passing of an energetic and devoted neighborhood volunteer - Anthony "Tony" Damasco of Aubrey Avenue. Tony served as SABA's Assistant Treasurer and volunteered at many events including park cleanups, neighborhood garage sales, and the 4th of July celebration held at Elwell Field. His enthusiasm for life and high spirits will be greatly missed.

Greetings, and welcome to the brand new SABA website! We have migrated the site over to the awesome Drupal content management system. This will allow us to make more frequent updates to the site and provide an overall higher quality of service to our members.
