Website Registering Help

I am not an expert, but this is what I learned. Some of you that had questions probably have learned this already, but for others yet to register.

FIRST : A temporary password will be forwarded to your registered e-mail. I assume this is to prevent someone from joining the site with a fake e-mail address, or someone else's e-mail address, etc. Once you receive this temporary password you can Log in , and change to a more personal password.

SECOND : In the world of websites and blogging screen names are a part of the game. You should enter as your user name the name you would like people to see to identify your blog entries. The display name is optional, but it will allow those of you that would like complete disclosure to enter your real name... or you could just enter it as your user name..

Third if you made a mistake like I did... I believe only the webmaster can revise your user name..

The various user names I am sure will be learned by all our members in very short order. It may just make it alittle harder for people visiting our website to use our blog posting against us... Or maybe it is just to add a little fun.
