The South Ardmore Betterment Alliance's - 2010 4th on the 3rd of July Celebration started off with a traditional decorated wagon, bike, scooter, stroller competition. All the participants did an excellent job. Special thanks to our Judges who had a difficult job in selecting the winners. Our Judges were Rebecca Devine, Commissioner Larry Holmes and.
