Commissioner Larry Holmes and Commissioner-candidate Ronnie O'Connor will be debating at the Lynnewood School on Thursday at 7:30. I do not know the scheduled end time.
This is a great opportunity to hear directly from our two candidates for township commissioner and to learn about the plans and vision each of them has for our Ward and the township.
REMINDER: LAST DAY TO APPLY FOR AN ABSENTEE BALLOT APPLICATION IS APPROACHING

All completed absentee ballots must be received by the Bureau of Elections by 5:00 p.m. on October 30th. Please note that this does not mean your ballot can be postmarked by 10/30/2009 but that it must be received by the Bureau of Elections.

The township will be picking up/vacuuming leaves in our neighborhood on Wed Nov 4. The second pick-up will be Mon/Tues Nov 23 and 24.
The fall clean-up of the creek that runs along the SEPTA bus path and behind Chestnutwold Elementary will be on Nov 14. It will start at 1:00 and will go until about 3:30 or when the cleaning is done.
This event is being organized by the Chestnutwold PTO and their Community Outreach program. SABA and the PTO often work closely together on various community events, including cleaning the creek several times a year.
