The September SABA meeting will be held on Wednesday 9/9 from 7\:30 to 9\:00.
We will NOT be meeting at Chestnutwold Elementary this month and the house at Normandy Park is undergoing some renovations (roof replacement).
We will meet at the house of Bill Gardner\, Volunteer Coordinator\, at 2938 Berkley Rd (between Ardmore and Cricket).
The agenda for the meeting is\:
1. Update on need to repay portion of state grant
2. Plans for fall Music and Planting in the Park event for Oct. 4.
Note\: music coordinator is needed since the past coordinator in not available this year.
3. Plans for the SABA 5K on Oct 11.
Donations are already coming in and people are beginning to volunteer.
4. Update on billboard proposal within the township
5. Coordination with PTO for a fall creek clean-up
6. Additional items for discussion

We are fortunate to have many talented musicians in our neighborhood. This year Scot Sax and Sharon Little will provide the musical entertainment. Other performers might join them and will be announced as they confirm their availability.
Please bring whatever plants you wish to donate to the park. This is a great time of year to thin those spring bulbs and summer bloomers. This fall planting event helps the park look a little better now but the real effect is seen in the spring when the new plantings sprout\, bloom and bring a splash of colors.
We will also begin to develop our plans for the spring planting and the next phase of park improvements.
So\, come out with you plants\, tools\, enthusiasm\, and ideas and join us as we have a good time making improvements to our little neighborhood gem.
