Let's all meet at Normandy Park to spruce up the landscaping.
We will start at 9\:00 but there is no firm ending time - whenever the work is done or we are done all we can.
Some of the garden beds and hedges have become over grown and weeds are crowding out some of the beautiful plants that have been donated and planted by neighborhood volunteers. We will work on pulling weeds\, trimming the hedges\, removing some sections of hedge\, etc. to bring out the beauty of the park. This will also help prepare the park for our fall Music and Planting event and for our first 5k run/1 mile walk which will be held this fall starting and ending at Normandy Park. Bring any garden tools you have that can be shared. Every little bit of effort counts so stop by if it is just for a little while.
