Our monthly meeting will be held at the house in Normandy Park from 7:30-9:00pm. We will be discussing the 5K, give a playground update, and plans for a garden clean-up. We cannot run this association without the support of our neighbors. We would love for you to join us.

Registration starts 7:00-8:15.

1 Mile Fun Run/Walk starts 8:15.
5K Run starts 8:30, rain or shine .

Awards for top finishers overall and age categories, and for Best Halloween costume (for registered walker/runner).

Mail in registration (by Oct. 15th) is $17; day of registration $25.

Special Offer:Don't run or can't make it to race day? You can still show support for your community--for a $25 donation, your name will be printed on the back of all race t-shirts if received by Oct 1.

A portion of the funds raised will help improve Elwell Playground.

Did you know there is a big music festival, with 30 acts and lots of vendors, happening right in our backyards? And it's FREE?

The Haverford Music Festival takes place September 17, 2011 from noon to 8 p.m., in the Oakmont business area (Darby and Eagle Rds.) in Havertown. Come any time to enjoy music, food, drink, and fun for the whole family - there is a diverse mix of entertainment for all ages. Of course, an event of this magnitude could also really use your help. Volunteers get a festival T-shirt and get to be right in the heart of the action. Various sponsorship levels are available for businesses and residents. And vendor booth spaces are still available for local businesses. You can also donate.
